BSI Builder Services, LLC, the new homes sales division of Howard Hanna Allen Tate Real Estate, has named Magda Esola as a sales manager for the Charlotte region.
In her new role, Esola will oversee sales operations and marketing strategy for Blue Heel Development’s Towne Living at Enderly Park community while leading strategic growth initiatives throughout the Charlotte market.
With 23 years of real estate experience and more than $600 million in individual career sales volume, Esola has established herself as one of the industry’s most respected leaders in residential real estate and new home construction. Throughout her career, she has helped thousands of families achieve homeownership while building strong relationships among real estate agents, lenders, and industry partners.
Esola has been actively involved with the National Association of Hispanic Real Estate Professionals (NAHREP) for more than 13 years, serving as president of NAHREP Charlotte in 2022. She currently serves on the organization’s National Board of Directors. Esola also serves as the inaugural president of the United Latinas Charlotte Chapter. She is a best-selling author and speaker on real estate topics.
