Ryan Wetherington, vice president of corporate services for Allen Tate Relocation, was recently honored as a STANDOUT Charlottean by the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation, Charlotte Chapter.
Wetherington is one of 25 young professionals recognized for this honor, based on professional and philanthropic leadership. He was nominated by Allen Clark, partnership manager with the Charlotte Business Journal.
As part of the 2018 STANDOUT class, Wetherington will receive a professional mentor, have opportunity to participate in professional networking events and will serve as an ambassador for the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation.
Wetherington joined Allen Tate Relocation in 2013. He is outgoing chair of the Emerging Executives Committee of the North Carolina Economic Development Association (NCEDA) and was recently named to a three-year term on the NCEDA Board of Directors. He is also active with the Boy Scouts of America.
Prior to joining Allen Tate, he worked as an economic developer. He holds a bachelor of arts degree in government from Campbell University and a master of public administration/economic development degree from the University of North Carolina – Wilmington.
Wetherington and his wife, Keri, have two children and make their home in Charlotte.
