More than 50 Allen Tate Realtors® and real estate teams have been ranked among America’s best real agents, according to the 2019 REAL Trends America’s Best Real Estate Agents, an annual ranking report produced by REAL Trends, the nation’s leading publisher of trends and analysis of the residential real estate brokerage industry.
The annual rankings, sponsored by Tom Ferry International, a top coaching and training company, ranks top sales associates and teams in each state and metropolitan statistical area (MSA) by transaction sides and sales volume.
The 54 Allen Tate agents and teams were ranked by state in four categories: individual agent by transaction sides, individual agent by sales volume, agent team by transaction sides, and agent team by sales volume.
More than 14,500 residential real estate professionals were considered for the ranking. To be included, agents must have closed at least 50 transactions or $20 million in closed sales volume in 2018. Teams must have closed 75 transaction sides or $30 million in closed sales volume in 2018. All production numbers are independently verified by a third-party to ensure accuracy and report integrity.
Two Allen Tate teams were also distinguished as The Thousand by REAL Trends, which recognizes the top 1,000 agents and teams across the country. The Smith Marketing Team in the Allen Tate Summerfield office was ranked No. 182 nationally in the category of agent team by transaction sides, with 372 transaction sides in 2018. Team Honeycutt in the Allen Tate Concord office was ranked No. 212 in the same category, with 347.5 transaction sides in 2018.
