Allen Tate Companies President and CEO Pat Riley has been ranked #18 on the Swanepoel Top 20 Power Brokers List for 2015-2016, a list of top “power players” in the residential real estate 
industry leaders.
The list is part of the Swanepoel Power 200 (SP200), which annually reviews and ranks more than 1,000 real estate industry thought leaders. The project is led by New York Times best-selling author Stefan Swanepoel.
Riley has led the Allen Tate Companies for the past 23 years. In 2015, the company recorded 21,595 closed sales transactions totaling more than $5.16 billion, the second best year in the company’s 58-year history. He currently serves as chairman for Leading Real Estate Companies of the World®, a global network of 500 premier real estate firms in 50 countries around the world.
Allen Tate, who died in June 2015, was recognized in a special “Trailblazers” section of the report, along with industry colleagues Andy Rapattoni and Ebby Halliday, who also passed away last year.
