Real estate leader joins Penguin Place retail center near Chatham Park

The new office is located in Penguin Place. a 14,000-square-foot retail center at the entrance of Chatham Park, an innovative 7,000-acre Planned Development District that will include 22,000 residential units and 22 million square feet of diverse business, healthcare, retail, entertainment and green space.
