Allen Tate Company, the Carolinas’ leading real estate company, has named Sandi Salisbury as branch leader of the company’s Matthews/Mint Hill office at 101 E. Matthews Street in Matthews, North Carolina.
As branch leader, Salisbury will oversee branch operations, management and training for more than 55 Allen Tate agents and staff.
Salisbury is an award-winning Realtor® with 19 years of residential real estate experience, including 10 years with Allen Tate. In June 2017, she was promoted to sales manager of the Allen Tate Matthews/Mint Hill office.
Prior to her real estate career, Salisbury worked as respiratory therapist and health educator at Trident Regional Medical Center in Charleston, South Carolina. She holds degrees from Trident Technical College and Medical University of South Carolina in respiratory therapy.

Salisbury and her husband, Matt, make their home in Concord and have two daughters. She enjoys camping, gardening, flatwater kayaking and riding her four horses.
