Allen Tate Companies, the Carolinas’ leading real estate company, has named Nadine Morgan as branch leader and broker-in-charge of the company’s Charlotte-Center City office.
In this role, Morgan will oversee branch operations and lead and grow a team of 20 Allen Tate Realtors® and staff. In addition to her leadership responsibilities, Morgan will continue to list and sell properties as a real estate agent.
Morgan joined Allen Tate as an agent in the Charlotte-Center City office in 2020 and is the recipient of numerous awards, including Chairman’s Circle, H. Allen Tate Jr. Award, Legends Club and Barbara Tate Legendary Service Award.
Prior to her real estate career, Morgan was a Division 1 college basketball coach at James Madison University, Indiana University and Purdue University. She holds a bachelor of science degree in health science from James Madison University.
Morgan currently serves as secretary of the Charlotte Crown Realtist Association, and serves as secretary on the board of directors of Families Forward Charlotte. She is also a Leatherhead with the Charlotte Sports Foundation.

A native of Stone Mountain, Ga., Morgan and her wife Jen Brown make their home in Charlotte with their son, Jace. She enjoys working out, reading, listening to music and spending time with friends and family.
