Allen Tate Companies, the Carolinas’ leading real estate company, has named Bobbie Dickinson as branch leader of the company’s Greensboro, N.C. office at 717 Green Valley Road, Suite 175, in Greensboro and Asheboro, N.C. office at 515 South Fayetteville Street in Asheboro.

In her new role, Dickinson will oversee branch operations and lead and grow a team of more than 120 Allen Tate Realtors® and staff. Lolita Malave will continue in her role as sales manager for the Allen Tate Greensboro and Asheboro offices.

An accomplished professional, Dickinson began her real estate career in 1998 in Lynchburg, Va. and has held positions as a Realtor, managing broker, regional manager and senior vice president for a nationally ranked real estate firm. In addition, she has strategically supported affiliate business lines including mortgage, insurance, title, home warranty and moving services, as well as identified new business opportunities through acquisitions and organic growth.

Dickinson is an active industry leader, recently completing a two-year term on the board of directors for the New River Valley Association of Realtors in Christiansburg, Va. She has also chaired the Grievance Committee and served on the Community Service and Multiple Listing Service (MLS) committees. She holds the Accredited Buyer’s Representative (ABR) designation.

Prior to her real estate career, Dickinson worked as a case manager for a life insurance company and branch manager for a manufactured homes dealer. She attended Pitt Community College.

She is an active member and volunteer with Blue Ridge Community Church.

A native of Greenville, N.C., Dickinson and her husband Eric have recently relocated to the Triad region and make their home in Greensboro. She has one daughter and enjoys boating, camping, reading and spending time with family and friends.

“We are excited to be in Greensboro, as we have family in Charlotte, the Triangle and Charleston,” Dickinson said.
