Allen Tate Insurance, a division of the Allen Tate Family of Companies, has named Chris Marshall as sales manager.
In this role, Marshall will recruit, train and coach insurance sales agents to increase overall production, quality, conversion rates and retention.
Marshall has more than a decade of insurance leadership and sales experience and has held positions as senior sales consultant, sales manager and production manager. Prior to his insurance career, he worked as a personal training director.
He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Exercise Science from Old Dominion University and maintains personal lines producer licenses in all 50 states.

A native of Richmond, Va., Marshall makes his home in Charlotte, N.C. with his wife Kate and children Mason and Sophia. He enjoys golf, real estate investing, woodworking and staying healthy.
