Allen Tate Realtors® will host a grand opening celebration and ribbon cutting at the company’s new Indian Land-Doby’s Bridge office on Monday, January 23, 2017, from 4 to 6 p.m.
The new office is located in the Cross Creek Shopping Center at 8356 Charlotte Highway, Suite 101, in Indian Land, South Carolina.
As part of the event, the office is collecting canned and non-perishable food donations to benefit the Belair United Methodist Community Food Pantry.
The drop-in event is open to the public and reservations are not required. Attendees are invited to tour the office, meet Allen Tate Realtors, enjoy refreshments and register to win prizes. A ribbon cutting by the Lancaster County Chamber of Commerce will be held at 4 p.m.

The Allen Tate Indian Land-Doby’s Bridge office opened in October 2016. The retail center office is a flex space, designed for maximum customer convenience and direct agent access to the community. April Harbin is sales manager for Indian Land-Doby’s Bridge and Katrina Richards is regional vice president.
