Allen Tate Company, the Carolinas’ leading real estate company, has named David Poole as branch leader of the company’s Greer, S.C. office at 1380 West Wade Hampton Blvd.
In his new role, Poole will help manage the day-to-day operations of more than 25 agents. He will also be responsible for helping agents build their business and training new agents, both in real estate practices and technical tools.
Additionally, Poole will continue to serve as branch leader of the company’s Lancaster, S.C. office at 1084 Camp Creek Road, Suite 400.
Poole is an award-winning career professional with more than 22 years of real estate experience. Since 2000, he has served in leadership roles with several Allen Tate offices, including most recently as sales manager of the company’s two Rock Hill, S.C. locations.
Prior to his real estate career, Poole worked as a manager of a 700-employee electrical contracting business.

Poole resides in Spartanburg, S.C. He enjoys golf and is an avid sailor.
