BSI Builder Services, LLC, the new homes sales division of Howard Hanna Allen Tate Real Estate, is pleased to announce a strategic partnership with Victory Homes, LLC for sales and marketing services.
BSI will represent Victory Homes in various communities in Lake Norman, Mooresville and the greater Charlotte area. Victory Homes, a family-owned company based in Mooresville, features a variety of move-in-ready floor plans priced from the mid $200s to mid $800s.

Unlike many traditional new home builders, Victory Homes largely builds homes on scattered lots in existing neighborhoods. Their team of project managers, designers and trade partners select the lot, design the home around it, and build it through to completion – before it is marketed to buyers. The builder completes approximately 25 to 30 homes per year.
