A note about Brevard’s Social District

As of February 2024, downtown Brevard has a six-block social district in the heart of town. The district allows people to responsibly drink alcoholic beverages purchased from participating businesses as they walk through a defined area of downtown. The city prepared for increased foot traffic by placing more outdoor seating in these areas. That means there are plenty of additional impromptu outdoor dining spots along the sidewalks of the social district in Brevard, NC.
