The online magazine features 24 available properties open for viewing from 2-4 p.m. on Sunday, May 17. Properties are located in Winston-Salem, Lewisville, Lexington, Germanton and Pfafftown.
Each featured property includes a color photo, directions to the home, listing price and contact information for the Allen Tate listing agent. Viewers can link to additional photos, a property description and Tate Map, which shows the location of the property along with other nearby for-sale and recently sold properties.
“Visiting open houses is a great way to explore the market and narrow down which features and amenities are most important to you,” said Tony Jarrett, Allen Tate regional vice president, Triad region.
“Whether you’re ready to buy now or just curious what’s available, open houses are a great information source. In fact, nearly half of all home buyers visit an open house at some point during their home search,” said Jarrett.
