Carolinas’ real estate leader partners with ENC Pirate Realty on second office
Howard Hanna Real Estate Services, the country’s No.1 family-owned and operated, independent real estate firm and the No.1 brokerage in the Carolinas, is proud to partner with ENC Pirate Realty, on the opening of its Belhaven, N.C. office.
The Howard Hanna Allen Tate Belhaven, N.C. | ENC Pirate Realty office is conveniently located at 265 E Water St., Unit 104, in Belhaven, N.C. The office serves clients throughout the Inner Banks, including Beaufort and Pamlico counties, as well as Washington, Bath, Belhaven, Swan Quarter, Chocowinity, Aurora and areas surrounding the Pamlico River and Sound.
The office is the second location for ENC Pirate Realty, who joined Howard Hanna Allen Tate as an affiliate office in Greenville, NC, in February 2024. The firm is home to more than 20 agents and staff. Agents Angela Smith, Nick Noble and Amy Johnson will be based at the Belhaven office.
ENC Pirate Realty was founded in 2019 by Tracey Ayers and Kristy Conway, when they merged their independent company, ENC Real Estate Brokers, with another local firm. Ayers and Conway are the current co-owners; Conway will serve as broker-in-charge of the Belhaven office and Ayers will continue to serve as broker-in-charge in Greenville.
