The June 10 open house featured tours, prize drawings, refreshments by 1618 Concepts and music by the Greg Hyslop Jazz Duo. A commissioned artwork by Sara Hanna Betts was unveiled at the event.

A “stay-cation” prize package raffle, which include hotel, theatre tickets and a massage, raised more than $700 to benefit Guilford County Public Schools.

Allen Tate Companies President Pat Riley, Allen Tate Realtors® President Phyllis Brookshire, Allen Tate Companies Regional Vice President Tony Jarrett and Allen Tate Mortgage President Chris Cope were on hand for the event.

The office, which accommodates more than 50 Realtors® and staff who service Guilford, Rockingham and Alamance counties, opened in March.

“We’ve been a part of the Greensboro community for a decade, and it was wonderful to be welcomed in our new space by so many great colleagues, neighbors and friends,” said Nancy Radtke, Greensboro-North Elm branch leader.

Allen Tate has served the Triad region since 2002. The company has seven Triad locations, including Greensboro-North Elm, Greensboro-Green Valley, Asheboro, Burlington, High Point, Oak Ridge, and Winston-Salem, for a total of 40 branches in the Charlotte, Triad, Triangle and Upstate regions.
