BSI Builder Services, the new home sales division of the Allen Tate Companies, has named Linda Marucci as a sales manager for the Charlotte region.
In her new role, Marucci will help oversee new construction sales teams for seven Peachtree Residential communities. She will also work as onsite sales manager for Peachtree in the McLean community in Belmont, N.C.
Marucci has more than 30 years of residential real estate and new construction expertise, including 16 years with Builder Services. She has represented premier new homes communities in North Carolina, Virginia and Florida in community sales manager roles.
Marucci is an award-winning real estate broker, with more than $275 million in closed career sales. She is graduate of the Tom Hopkins Sales Training Camp and holds real estate licenses in North Carolina, Virginia and Florida. She is a member of the Homebuilders Association of Greater Charlotte, where she serves on the Sales and Marketing Council.

Marucci and her husband, John, have lived in the Charlotte region since 1997. She is an animal lover and passionate advocate for animal rights.
