BSI Builder Services LLC, the new home sales division of Allen Tate Company, has named Carol LaShombe as a sales manager for the Charlotte region.
In her new role, LaShombe will help oversee new construction sales teams for Peachtree Residential, Brookline Homes LLC, Evans Coghill Homes, Chelsea Builders and Main Street Properties. She will also work with the custom home communities of Tuscan Ridge and River Run.
LaShombe brings more than 12 years of residential real estate and new construction expertise to BSI Builder Services, including four years with a top-producing team at Allen Tate Realtors®. She has represented new homes communities in the greater Charlotte region as area sales manager, community sales manager, sales advisor and escrow manager. Prior to her real estate career, she worked in human services management.
LaShombe holds a bachelor of social work degree from Winthrop University and a graduate degree in human services from the University of South Carolina. She is a graduate of the Jeff Shore Sales Leadership Roundtable. She is a licensed broker in both North and South Carolina.
