Allen Tate Realtors® often advise their clients to keep their homes updated and current, so they are always “market ready” when the time comes to sell.
At the Allen Tate Realtors Rock Hill-Ebenezer Road office, we took our own advice. But we’re not moving anytime soon. The office is home to more than 80 agents, growing and making an economic impact on the local community.
“Our office has been upgraded in every respect: the latest technology, spacious training and conference facilities for our Realtors and clients, modern furniture, large television screens in the lobby and new appliances,” said Colleen Coesens, branch leader, Allen Tate Rock Hill offices.
“We’re investing in our facilities, our training and ultimately, investing in the market for the long-term,” said Coesens.
The building, located at 1602 Ebenezer Road near the Winthrop University campus and downtown, has been a Rock Hill icon for more than 30 years. Many passersby recognize its stately columns and brick exterior.
The office features a traditional workspace that provides agents with semi-private and private offices and two shared resource areas where they may work collaboratively.
“The updating of our home provides our Realtors with top-rated technology and a beautiful atmosphere. We look forward to continue our legacy of serving the citizens of Rock Hill, Clover, York, Chester and beyond,” said Coesens, who leads both the Ebenezer Road and Dave Lyle Boulevard locations, along with Sales Manager Cindy Fowler.
“We’re just delighted. The seven months away (in our temporary location) was worth every minute. We’re so happy to be back home,” she added.
