Real estate professionals gather for Leadership Advance, Real Estate New Year and Luxury Live

As seasons change in the Carolinas, Allen Tate Realtors and leaders have been busy preparing for changes and challenges in the residential real estate market.

Nearly 100 Allen Tate, Allen Tate/Beverly-Hanks and Howard Hanna Real Estate leaders gathered earlier this month for Leadership Advance, a two-day enrichment event held October 10-12, 2023 at the Kimpton Tryon Park Hotel Charlotte.

The Allen Tate Leadership Advance is a part of a series of events held annually across the Howard Hanna 13-state footprint, and is a testament to the organization’s commitment to professional development, excellence and fostering a strong sense of community within the Hanna Family of Companies.

Highlights of the event included a Howard Hanna Southeast regional market overview; an economic update by Phillip Neuhart, senior vice president and director of market and economic research for First Citizens Wealth Management; a keynote address and workshop by executive leadership coach and author Mike Staver; and a keynote closing session by Howard “Hoby” Hanna IV, CEO, Howard Hanna Real Estate Services.

Leadership Advance culminated with an awards ceremony to recognize the outstanding achievements and contributions of Allen Tate’s dedicated management team.

Allen Tate and Allen Tate/Beverly-Hanks Realtors throughout the company footprint are preparing for the coming year as well, with 800 agents participating in five regional “Real Estate New Year” business planning events held during October. These sessions provide agents with a strategic approach to evaluate their current business, and a plan to implement actionable goals and strategies to start the year strong in 2024.

In November, Allen Tate will continue the professional development momentum for agents working in the luxury space. “Luxury Live” will feature an update on all things luxury marketing, what agents need to know about luxury buyers and sellers, and how to maximize marketing opportunities for luxury listings. Eight sessions will be offered throughout the Allen Tate footprint, led by Allen Tate Luxury Strategist Mark Bardo.

“The real estate industry is facing unprecedented challenges and opportunities. Allen Tate remains committed to equipping its leaders and Realtors with the tools, knowledge and inspiration to navigate this ever-changing landscape and deliver the very best to our clients,” said Gary Scott, president, Allen Tate Company.

“As we come together to learn, we continue to build on the legacy of excellence that Allen Tate, Allen Tate/Beverly-Hanks and Howard Hanna are known for,” Scott said.
