Carolinas’ real estate leader partners with Gremli Group
Allen Tate Companies, the Carolinas’ leading real estate company, is proud to partner with Gremli Group, on the opening of its Murphy, N.C. office.
The Allen Tate Murphy / Gremli Group office is conveniently located at 105 Tennessee Street, Suites C and D, in downtown Murphy. The office serves home buyers and sellers in Murphy, Andrews, Marble, Highlands, Cashiers, Scaly Mountain, Sapphire, Topton, Robbinsville, Sylva and Bryson City, North Carolina. It also serves clients in northeast Georgia, including Ellijay, Hiawassee, Blairsville and Blue Ridge.
Gremli Group was founded in 2024 by Taylor Gremli, who joined Allen Tate Realtors in 2022 in the Highlands, NC office. Gremli serves as broker-in-charge of the Murphy office and plans to hire additional agents.
Prior to her real estate career, Gremli owned her own business. She is an active community volunteer with Guardian Ad Litem for Cherokee County, working with the crisis/suicide hotline. She has also volunteered with Rotary International, the Cherokee Chamber of Commerce and her church.
Gremli and her husband, Stephen, make their home in Murphy. She is a student pilot and plans to pursue a law degree in the future, in addition to her real estate career.
“As a child, I lived near the Charlotte area and knew the Allen Tate brand. So when I was looking for a new real estate home, I reached out to the Allen Tate office in Highlands, which had recently opened,” Gremli said.
“Allen Tate was where I belonged. Everyone in my sphere noticed an immediate difference in how I approached my business. I’ve always wanted to run my own real estate office, and Allen Tate has given me that opportunity,” she said.
