Allen Tate Realtors®, the Carolinas’ leading real estate company, has named Stacy Nickles as branch leader for the company’s Greenville-Downtown (SC) office, at 323 Buncombe Street in Greenville, S.C.
In her new role, Nickles will oversee branch operations and lead and grow a team of more than 50 Allen Tate Realtors® and staff.
Nickles is an accomplished Realtor and leader with 24 years of industry experience. For the past 19 years, she has served as branch leader for Howard Hanna Real Estate in the Parma Heights and North Royalton, Ohio offices. She holds the Residential Relocation Specialist designation.
Prior to her real estate career, she worked as a supervisor with the Berea Children’s Home Family Life Center. She holds a bachelor of arts degree in child psychology from Cleveland State University.
An active community volunteer, Nickles previously served as a city council member for the City of Parma Heights for seven years.

A native of Parma Heights, Ohio, Nickles and her husband Jeff recently relocated to Boiling Springs, S.C. They have three children and two grandchildren. She enjoys trying new restaurants, vacationing and spending time with her family. .
