Allen Tate Companies, the Carolinas’ leading real estate company, has named Phil Kalchthaler as sales manager/broker for the company’s Anderson, S.C. office.
In his new role, Kalchthaler will develop and coach an established team of successful agents and help expand the culture of Allen Tate to attract new agents. He will partner with Branch Leader Clay Vassey to lead the Anderson office, which opened in April 2021.
A highly respected and top-producing Realtor® in the Upstate, Kalchthaler has worked in real estate sales and investment for more than 17 years. He earned a bachelor’s degree in business with a concentration in management from Anderson University in 2003. In addition to his leadership role, he will continue to list and sell residential properties as a Broker/Realtor in the Upstate region.

A native of Seneca, S.C., Kalchthaler and his wife Caroline have a daughter, Kylie. When he’s not cheering his daughter from the sidelines of a softball game or volleyball match, he enjoys exploring the great outdoors of Oconee, Anderson and Pickens counties.
