Allen Tate Companies, the Carolinas’ leading real estate company, has named Mary Holder as branch leader and broker-in-charge of the company’s Chapel Hill/Durham office at 101 Cosgrove Avenue, Suite 170, in Chapel Hill and the Pittsboro office at 114 Russet Run, Suite 110, in Pittsboro.

In her new role, Holder will oversee branch operations and lead and grow a team of more than 30 Allen Tate Realtors® and staff.

Holder is an award-winning Realtor® with 20 years of residential real estate experience, including positions as broker-in-charge, sales manager and owner of her own real estate firm. Since March 2018, she served as branch leader and broker-in-charge of the Allen Tate Cary-Stonebridge office. Prior to her real estate career, Holder worked as a corporate meetings, events and travel planner and sales professional.

“Mary has brought a wealth of experience and skills to her leadership role at Cary-Stonebridge and we are excited for her move to Chapel Hill/Durham and Pittsboro,” said Phyllis Brookshire, president, Allen Tate Realtors. “She is a gifted relationship builder and she will be an asset to both agents and clients as she helps us grow in these markets.”

A native of Tampa, Fla., Holder and her husband, Tommy, make their home in the Triangle. They have four children and three granddaughters and enjoy traveling.
