Allen Tate Companies, the Carolinas’ leading real estate company, has named Mary Holder as branch leader and broker-in-charge of the company’s Cary-Stonebridge office at 3420 Ten Ten Road, Suite 300, in Cary.
In her new role, Holder will oversee branch operations and lead a team of more than 20 Allen Tate Realtors® and staff.
Holder is an award-winning Realtor® with 17 years of residential real estate experience, including positions as broker-in-charge, sales manager and owner of her own real estate firm. Prior to her real estate career, Holder worked as a corporate meetings, events and travel planner and sales professional.

Holder and her husband, Tommy, make their home in Apex. They have four children and three grandchildren. She enjoys traveling, cruising and spending time at the beach and mountains.
