Allen Tate Company, the Carolinas’ leading real estate company, has named April Harbin as sales manager of the company’s Charlotte-Ballantyne office at 13526 Johnston Road and Indian Land-Doby’s Bridge office at 8356 Charlotte Hwy in Indian Land, South Carolina.
In her new role, Harbin will help oversee branch operations and train more than 100 Allen Tate agents and staff.
Harbin is an award-winning career professional with more than nine years of real estate experience. She joined the Allen Tate Company in 2007 and has worked as a buyer’s agent and part of the Andy Bovender Team in the company’s Charlotte-Providence@485 office since 2012. She is a licensed broker and Realtor® in North and South Carolina.
Prior to her real estate career, Harbin was a stay-at-home mother. She attended the University of South Carolina. She enjoys volunteering with charitable organizations, including Crisis Assistance Ministry.

Harbin and her husband, Jim, have two daughters and one son and make their home in South Charlotte. She enjoys spending time with family, reading and exercising.
