Allen Tate Company, the Carolinas’ leading real estate company, has named Lolita Malave as sales manager for the company’s Greensboro-Green Valley office at 717 Green Valley Road, Suite 300.Malave, Lolita

In her new role, Malave will help manage and train more than 90 Allen Tate agents and staff.

She is an accomplished career professional with 16 years of real estate experience, including experience as a residential broker and director of agent development/recruiter. Malave has served both the industry and her community, including positions as president of the Greensboro Regional Realtors® Association; NCAR Region 5 vice president, RPAC committee chair and trustee; Housing Consultants Group board of directors; and member of the Southwest Guilford County Women’s Group. She was recently named 2015 Realtor of the Year by the Greensboro Regional Realtors Association.

Prior to her real estate career, Malave worked as personal banker and middle school English teacher. She holds a bachelor of arts in education degree from the University of Florida.

A Florida native, Malave and her husband, Angel, have lived in Greensboro since 1998. They have one daughter, Caitlin, and a Chihuahua, Kiwi. She is enjoys cooking, crafting, travel and reading.
