Carolinas’ #1 real estate company receives 10th Diamond Award
The Allen Tate Companies took top honors at the 2021 Leading Real Estate Companies of the World® (LeadingRE) Annual Conference, held May 24-27 at the Wynn Las Vegas.
Allen Tate received the organization’s coveted Diamond Award, the highest member honor, which is based on a broad range of contributions and participation in network activities. Allen Tate has won the Diamond Award 10 times in the 17-year history of the award – more than any other LeadingRE broker.
Allen Tate also received the Institute Achievement Award, presented to the company who has leveraged the LeadingRE Institute training platform in innovative ways to achieve greater adoption. In 2020, Allen Tate continued to promote its culture of learning during the pandemic when agents had the opportunity to explore online learning and complete certifications. More than 19,000 Institute courses were completed by Allen Tate agents and employees in 2020, with 670 Institute certifications awarded.
The company also captured first place honors for Video Marketing. Award-winning videos included the August edition of Carolinas Market Update, featuring Allen Tate Companies President and CEO Pat Riley answering questions about the post-COVID real estate recovery; a campaign kick-off video for Tate Cares Operation Education; and a feature video about the value of the LeadingRE network.
At a virtual awards ceremony held in March, Allen Tate received the Crown of Excellence Award for the 21st time. The Crown is awarded to the member firm with the highest point total earned from performance ranking within their company-size category.
