Allen Tate Companies, the Carolinas’ leading real estate company, has named David Poole as branch leader of the company’s Greenville-Woodruff Road office at 1025 Woodruff Road, Suite D104, in Greenville, S.C.
In his new role, Poole will oversee branch operations, management and training of more than 25 agents. In addition, he will continue to lead the company’s Greer, S.C. office at 1380 West Wade Hampton Boulevard, where he has worked since 2015.
Poole is an award-winning career professional with more than 25 years of real estate experience. Since 2000, he has served in leadership roles with several Allen Tate offices in North and South Carolina.
Prior to his real estate career, Poole worked as a manager of a 700-employee electrical contracting business.
“David is a knowledgeable, personable leader who has been an asset to the Upstate leadership team since 2015,” said Martha Hayhurst, Allen Tate Companies regional vice president. “We’re very excited to have him work with clients and agents at both Greenville-Woodruff Road and Greer.”
Poole resides in Spartanburg, S.C. He enjoys golf and is an avid sailor.
