Allen Tate/Beverly-Hanks RealtorsⓇ, the leading real estate company in Western North Carolina, has named Randall Rogers as branch leader of the company’s Waynesville office at 74 N. Main Street.
In his new role, Rogers will oversee branch operations and lead and grow a team of more than 50 Allen Tate/Beverly-Hanks Realtors® and staff. Rogers succeeds long-time managing broker Brian Cagle, who now serves as regional vice president of the firm.
“In addition to his extensive background in banking, Randy has quickly become one of the top agents in Waynesville,” Cagle said. “He is passionate about the Waynesville community.”
An accomplished professional, Rogers’ career includes more than 30 years of experience in mortgage lending and management in Western North Carolina. Rogers joined Allen Tate/Beverly-Hanks as a sales associate in the Waynesville office in 2019.

A lifelong resident of Waynesville, Rogers earned a B.S. in business administration from Gardner-Webb University. Rogers credits his eight-generation legacy in Haywood County and Western North Carolina for his extensive knowledge of local communities and real estate markets.
He currently serves as chairman of the board of WNC Communities, Inc., and on the board of directors of Haywood Habitat for Humanity. He has also been a Rotarian for more than 20 years, serving a term as branch president and receiving Rotarian of the Year honors.
Rogers and his wife Sherri, who serves as register of deeds for Haywood County, make their home in Waynesville. They have two children.
