Allen Tate/Beverly-Hanks RealtorsⓇ, the leading real estate company in Western North Carolina, has named Josh Baker as vice president of marketing for the Asheville/Mountain Region.
In his new role, Baker will coordinate all day-to-day marketing for the region, including public relations, strategy, and design, and will lead and grow a team of 11 full-time Allen Tate/ Beverly-Hanks marketing team members. Baker is based out of the company’s Asheville-Downtown office at 300 Executive Park.

An accomplished professional, Baker brings more than 20 years of marketing and design expertise to this role, including 17 years with HLC, a leading distributor of bicycles, parts, and accessories. Baker joined Allen Tate/Beverly-Hanks in 2019 as a graphic designer and most recently served as creative services manager.

A native of Columbia, S.C., Baker and his wife Jessica moved to Asheville in 2011. They have twin sons. He enjoys mountain biking, exploring the outdoors and visiting local restaurants.
