Allen Tate/Beverly-Hanks RealtorsⓇ, the leading real estate company in Western North Carolina, has named David Ide as branch leader of the company’s Asheville-Downtown office at 300 Executive Park.
In his new role, Ide will oversee branch operations and lead and grow a team of more than 70 Allen Tate/Beverly-Hanks agents and staff.

An accomplished professional, Ide’s career includes more than 20 years of sales management experience spanning several business sectors and prominent local firms, including Deltec Homes and Plasticard-Locktech International. Ide joined Allen Tate/Beverly-Hanks as a sales associate at the Biltmore Park office in 2019. Since then, he received the coveted Rising Star award and quickly rose to become a top-producing broker.

Originally from New England, Ide earned a bachelor of arts in political science and environmental studies from the University of Vermont where he played varsity soccer. In addition to his sales and executive sales management experience, Ide and his wife owned a restaurant in New Hampshire for six years.
David and his wife, Rachael, a classroom teacher, have been married for more than 30 years and make their home in Asheville. They have two sons.
