Allen Tate/Beverly-Hanks RealtorsⓇ, the leading real estate company in Western North Carolina, formally celebrated the renovation of its Asheville-Downtown office with a ribbon cutting ceremony on July 9, 2024.
More than 65 agents and employees recently moved back into the building at 300 Executive Park, a location that Beverly-Hanks has called home for nearly 50 years.
“We are thrilled to join our real estate, relocation, and commercial teams in one location,” said Josh Baker, vice president of marketing, Allen Tate/Beverly-Hanks. “This unified approach will allow us to foster greater collaboration among our teams and increase efficiency and effectiveness in serving our clients.”
Beverly-Grant Contractors performed the office renovation, which began in October 2023 and was completed in June.
The space features a bright, open workspace, as well as private gathering areas for client meetings. Huge open windows welcome natural light throughout, and communal spaces were designed for collaboration. The building now houses residential, commercial, and relocation agents, as well as the company’s marketing, accounting, mortgage, and administrative staff.
The 300 Executive Park office was constructed as part of Asheville’s first civic redevelopment projects in the early 1970s. The building was completed in 1975 and was the first office occupied by Beverly-Hanks Realtors following the merger of Beverly Realty and W. Neal Hanks and Associates in 1976.
The building originally served as home for administrative functions, as well as for the commercial and residential sales teams. As the company has expanded over the years, these functions were dispersed into additional office suites throughout the Executive Park campus.
“With a more modern and efficient floor plan design, the new office space creates open and inviting spaces for customers, brokers, and employees and has facilitated the reunion of divisions and departments that were located across the campus,” said Neal Hanks, Jr., president, Allen Tate/Beverly-Hanks.
