Real estate leader joins Publix Pointe shopping center
Allen Tate Companies, the Carolinas’ leading real estate company, announces the relocation of its Apex, N.C. office.
The new office is conveniently located in the Publix Pointe shopping center at the intersection of Kelly and Olive Chapel Roads, parallel to N.C. 540 in west Apex. The center is anchored by Publix supermarket.

Allen Tate has served the Research Triangle region for the past decade and opened its Apex office in February in a temporary space. The new, 2,800-square-foot office is home to more than 30 Realtors and features contemporary office space as well as a flexible design for agents who prefer to work on-the-go.
