Allen Tate Company, the Carolinas’ leading real estate company, announces plans for a new Winston-Salem office.
Allen Tate will anchor the new retail center located at 3890 Oxford Station Way with frontage on Hanes Mall Blvd. The retail center is under construction and scheduled to be completed later this year. This will be the second location for the company as it continues to expand in the Winston-Salem market.
The first location, established in 2002 when Allen Tate entered the Triad market, moved from Stratford Road to 147 S. Cherry Street in 2010 and expanded in 2013. It is now home to more than 75 agents.
Angela Kalamaras and Holly Lindsey, branch leaders at the Cherry Street office, will also oversee the second Winston-Salem location.
“The real estate market is busy, and our Winston-Salem office is growing in terms of both agents and customers. This new, second location, adjacent to a vibrant retail corridor and I-40, will allow us to better serve both agents and customers on the west side,” said Kalamaras.
Allen Tate Company operates 41 branches in North and South Carolina. This office will mark the eighth office in the Triad region.
