Allen Tate Company, the Carolinas’ leading real estate company, announces the opening of its Statesville office at 117 North Center Street, next to the Greater Statesville Chamber of Commerce in the historic downtown area.
The office will accommodate up to 20 agents and staff, including 12 experienced local Realtors® who have recently joined Allen Tate: Mary Dulin, Jeanene Grant, Candy McCarty, Wayne Miller, Donna Mitchell, Mary Palmes, Becky Pope, Chris Shoobridge, Kaye Stokes, Brian Summerell, Vickie Vaughan and Patricia Warlick.
Hilary Broadway, branch leader of the Allen Tate Mooresville/Lake Norman office, will also serve as Statesville branch leader.

The Allen Tate Statesville office will be the 42nd branch office in the company’s footprint in North and South Carolina and the 24th office in the greater Charlotte region.
